3. Eligibility for Replacement or Store Credit:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide store credit for the value of the damaged product.

Please note that replacements are subject to product availability. If the product is out of stock, we will offer store credit instead.
